The Waterford Insurance Agency is part of a 30 year old agency that has called Waterford our home since 1986. We are independent insurance agents providing property, liability, workers' compensation and business automobile products for business customers, as well as homeowner and personal automobile insurance products to individuals. We are blessed to have many Waterford businesses and residents as customers and look forward to meeting your insurance needs well into the future.
Berkfield & Co was founded in 1979 in Birmingham, MI and moved to Waterford in 1986. We purchased the Oakland Lakes Insurance Agency in 1999 and changed the name to Waterford Insurance Agency soon afterward. Both agencies reside at the office located on Pontiac Lake Road. Today we employ several qualified agents and customer service representatives, all dedicated to providing service and smiles to our neighbors in Waterford.
 In 2009 we celebrated our 30th anniversary by establishing the Waterford Insurance Agency Community Garden Project. (I will send a photo under separate cover). With volunteers and help from all of the Agency personnel, we planted, watered, fertilized and eventually grew over 850 pounds of organic vegetables.
